We stack this assessment on top of the Clifton Strengths assessment. This is the quiz that helps us understand how we prefer speak and be spoken to. There are 6 distinct styles of communication that allows us to learn each and then create a Kaleidoscope of communication skills applied.

Why take the Assessments (Quizzes)?

Need a Lifeline? Have you ever wondered how top athletes like Michael Phelps or world-class astronauts and special forces achieve peak performance?

They leverage a powerful technique known to us since the 1950s - visualization or mental simulation. On this site, we work to explore the science behind the different assessments as well as to share our personal journeys of transformation.

The human brain operates like a servo mechanism, a concept introduced in Maxwell Maltz's book, "Psycho-Cybernetics." Simply put, a servo mechanism is a self-correcting device that adjusts its functioning based on feedback.

Likewise, when given coordinates of our goals and regular feedback, our brain can guide us along a trajectory leading to success.

Unfortunately, we often fail to provide our brains with these essential coordinates - a clear vision of whom we want to be or what our best selves look like. This is where the Genius Process comes into play.

The Genius Process is a powerful methodology developed to help individuals visualize their best selves. At the heart of this process lies the Genius Paragraph - a personalized statement built on your strengths that paint a compelling picture of your optimal self.

This is not just about fantasizing; it's a scientifically-backed technique for creating a mental image of your best self and setting your brain's servo mechanism into motion.

We are taking this Genius Process and expanding it to include self-assessment and reflection on communication styles through the Core Connect Blueprint. As well as the inclusion of the self-assessment and reflection upon leadership styles through the Canoe Leadership Role Theory, or "CLRT".

CLRT is the integrative process we use to bring together all three dimensions of our three zone process which we sometimes call "The Delta." The best way to understand the Three Zone Delta, is that we work from the inside out.

When we choose to speak to be heard, that means we are careful to ensure that every word resonates with its intended audience.
