The Philosopher is focused on rhetoric and its subtleties. The Philosopher loves conversation, exchange, mediation, argumentation, & debate. Communication is important & time invested in discussion is time well spent. #TalkQuestionTalk
Ruminators are effectively recognizable in light of the fact that they will generally be wonderful to converse with, and often utilize a great deal of qualifiers when they talk. Ruminators are those who say nothing as opposed to offending the other. #NoOffense
Colonels are impressive. They tend to come across as superior & dominate conversations. They believe they are right, there is generally no place for contradicting views, and they seek to uncover errors & inadequacies in others. #Dominate
Politicians are warm, strong, & easy to chat with, yet they talk perpetually. The most garrulous of all talkers, this exceptionally charming, very patient person believes any issue can be settled if you talk about it long enough. #NeverStopsTalking
The Strategist switches this between being an Aristocrat and a Ruminator. They do not mix these two opposing styles together. Seeking to adapt and adjust, they create and utilize two distinct contextualized styles of communication. #Chameleon
Our origin is built on three zones of team development that many get wrong because they typically focus on one of these three zones to the exclusion of the other two.
You may have noticed that there is a triangle within our logo. It is an isosceles triangle. Why? Because while everything rises and falls on leadership (John Maxwell), you cannot get your team moving without communicating effectively, and ultimately team assignments should highlight the strengths of your team members - not hide them.
Unless it is part of the hiring process, the factor missed by most teams is understanding the makeup of their team's strengths. And then there may be a breakdown in communication.
