The canoe is in
the water. Let's paddle.
Whether you are a VP of Sales looking to deploy a complete performance intelligence system across your team, an independent coach or consultant ready to certify and license, or a sales professional who wants to work directly with the system's architect — this is where the conversation starts.
Deploy the complete system
across your entire crew.
Your people already have a personality. They already have a communication style. They already have a leadership role they default to under pressure. What they do not have is a map. The Creek & Paddle System™ gives your team a common language for the canoe — who paddles how, who leads from which seat, and how the crew moves together when the water gets rough.
Enterprise deployment begins with a Discovery Call. Every engagement is scoped individually — team size, instrument selection, debriefing format, and certification pathway for your coaches and managers. No catalog pricing. No off-the-shelf package. The system is built to be calibrated, not commoditized.
What an enterprise engagement includes
A full team deployment of The Creek & Paddle System™ is a complete performance intelligence initiative — not a personality test day. Here is what a standard enterprise engagement covers.
Earn the right to deliver
the system to others.
Certification in The Creek & Paddle System™ is not a badge. It is a demonstrated capacity to read a profile, hold a coaching conversation with analytical precision, and develop others using a framework that is more rigorous than anything currently available in the sales training market. Three tiers. Each one builds on the last.
Practitioner
The entry point. CDCP™ certifies you to interpret and debrief individual Creek & Paddle profiles — Wa'a Within™, Core Connect Blueprint™, and Wa'a Leadership Role Theory™. You understand how to read a Kilo Hōkū™ composite, hold a development conversation with each of the nine archetypes, and apply the REACT Framework™ in coaching contexts.
Trainer
CDCT™ certifies you to train others in the system — facilitating group debriefs, delivering Creek & Paddle workshops to sales teams, and coaching managers through crew analysis. Where CDCP™ is about reading the profile, CDCT™ is about building the room's understanding of it. Prerequisite: CDCP™.
Licensed Operator
DCLO™ is the full commercial license — the right to deploy The Creek & Paddle System™ independently within your consulting practice or organization, to administer all three assessments at scale, and to develop and certify other practitioners under your license. This is the instrument for coaches and consultants building Creek & Paddle into a primary methodology rather than a supplemental tool. Prerequisite: CDCT™.
All certification pathways begin with a Discovery Call. Cohort workshops are scheduled quarterly — virtual and in-person options both available. The next cohort date is available on the scheduling link below.
$97 — Normally $297
A written interpretation of your six dimension scores and archetype — your numbers read specifically, your predicted Deep Current execution profile, and three sequenced development priorities. Delivered as a PDF within 48 hours.

the system's architect.
Benjamin Goss, MBA is a lifetime certified leadership coach and speaker through The John C. Maxwell Company, and has spent years building the analytical and commercial architecture of The Creek & Paddle System™ from the ground up — one assessment, one archetype, one coaching map at a time. Individual coaching with Benjamin is not a system walkthrough. It is a working session: your profile in front of both of you, your specific performance challenges on the table, and a development plan that is calibrated to your exact scores rather than your archetype category.
Individual coaching begins after you have completed at least the Wa'a Within™ assessment and ideally all three. Your results are already in the system. The conversation picks up from exactly where your numbers land.
All individual engagements are scoped on the Discovery Call. No standard packages. Every engagement is built around the specific profile and the specific performance challenge.
The next step is a
thirty-minute call.
No pitch deck. No sales sequence. No obligation. A discovery call is exactly what it says — a conversation about where you are, what you are building, and whether The Creek & Paddle System™ is the right instrument for the work. If it is, we will know that in thirty minutes. If it is not, you will leave with a clearer picture of what you actually need.
