No-Refund Policy — Costs Incurred to Deliver
Every Creek & Paddle™ report, Deep Read, snapshot, and analysis is generated for you, from your own assessment data, at the moment you purchase. Producing it uses paid AI processing and computing resources that are spent on delivery and cannot be recovered. For that reason, all purchases of digital reports, assessments, and analyses are final and non-refundable once generation or delivery has begun.
Navigation Sessions™, team engagements, and other coached services begin incurring cost at booking, when your assessment data is analyzed and the session is prepared. Fees for these services are non-refundable. A session may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If something went wrong on our side — a report failed to generate, you were charged twice, or you never received what you paid for — email support@mycastletek.com within 14 days of purchase. We will redeliver your purchase or reverse a duplicate charge.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store’s own refund terms, which we do not control.
