Using the service

The Creek & Paddle System™ website, the Creek & Paddle app, and the assessments, reports and sessions offered through them (the "service") are provided by My Castle Tek LLC, together with Organic Selling LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to use the service.

Please give honest answers and accurate contact details, and do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, copy it in bulk, or resell it.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars through Stripe. Paid reports are generated for you with AI analysis at the moment you buy, and sessions are prepared once booked, so all sales are final under our No-Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. It also explains how we fix our own errors and how to reschedule a session.

Purchases made inside the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow that store’s own terms.

Our content

The assessments, frameworks, reports, artwork, names and logos, including Waʻa Within™, Waʻa Leadership Role Theory™, Core Connect Blueprint™, Kilo Hōkū™ and The Creek & Paddle System™, belong to us. Your report is yours to keep and use for yourself or within your own team. Please do not republish, resell or build a competing product from our content without our written permission.

Sharing your results

You are welcome to share your result and its share card on social media. The famous people named on results are examples of a similar style, chosen by us for illustration. They have no connection with us and do not endorse the service.

Disclaimers

Our Professional Use, Assessment Use and Results & Earnings disclaimers are part of these terms. In short: the service is educational, not clinical or professional advice, and no particular result is promised. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
